Bank Holidays
Our offices & warehouse will close on all UK bank holidays – no shipping available on these days.
- Standard UK next day delivery is £10 excluding VAT
- We offer timed Next day deliveries & Saturday deliveries please contact for a quote
- We can provide same day delivery in many cases – Contact us for a same day quote
UK Next business day delivery is only available if all the following criteria apply to your order:
- The order is placed on a working day before 5pm.
- Delivery is to a mainland UK address. Please note that delivery to outlying or remote areas may take longer than 1 business day.
- All items ordered are in stock items, shipping directly from the Ikonic warehouse.
- None of the products ordered require configuration or assembly.
Delivery services
All of our products are despatched with a plain label by default. There is no identifying branding or paperwork included, which means you can save time and money by direct shipping your orders straight to your customers.
Ikonic can provide a range of additional delivery services, such as timed deliveries or Saturday deliveries. If you need your order urgently, or would like to choose a non-standard delivery option, you can request a premium delivery service via your account manager. Get in touch for a fast quotation.
If you’d like your order delivered overseas, we’re able to ship to most countries. Please contact us for a quote.
Tracking your delivery
Together with our suppliers, we work with a number of leading courier companies to provide a range of delivery services. Our primary couriers are UPS and DPD although we are constantly evaluating our supplier relationships in a bid to provide the most competitive and efficient service possible.
We will automatically email you a shipping confirmation email as soon as we despatch your order.
