Ikonic is well known already for its large stock holding of over £7m. The depth and breadth of our stock will be expanded further to ensure supply is maintained. This strategy has been in place for several months to ensure prices are maintained competitive.

Logistics Integration

Ikonic has close relationships with all the major logistics providers and freight forwarders. The Ikonic IT systems are linked to ensure any new processes to clear goods through customs are seamless. Working with these trusted partners Ikonic are comfortable that both road and air freight will be managed effectively as required.

Ikonic have been supplying UK/EU and customers worldwide for many years and so are familiar with international logistics and licensing requirements to ensure customers’ requirements are met. Advanced warehousing systems allow efficiency at every stage of order fulfilment. Ikonic is also ISO 9001 Quality registered giving comfort our procedures are robust

EU VAT Registered

Ikonic are registered for VAT in The Netherlands and can clear goods quickly and deal with the import VAT on arrival to the EU from the UK. The VAT is paid and reclaimed by Ikonic which means Ikonic customers do not need to be involved with any complex border customs administration. Customers will pay invoices with NO VAT. This ensures the receipt of goods is simple to manage. For our EU customers who are being supplied by Ikonic using INCOTERM “DDP” (i.e. Ikonic do all the logistics customs clearance) please change the GB VAT # on your system to NL VAT # : NL825571522B01

Professional Advisors

Ikonic work with EY (Ernst and Young LLP – International Tax and Customs Experts) to ensure Ikonic are compliant and fulfil all the relevant customs, import/export and tax procedures.

Ikonic hold the largest level of IT stock in the UK, ready for same day or next day delivery with order tracking and shipment right up to 5:30pm. Other companies are known to order in, and then distribute. This investment enables us to distribute quickly and directly.
